BEGIN YOUR VETTING PROCESS

SOV is strictly a private, members-only club. In order to gain access to ANY private event hosted by SOV you must be an PRE-approved applicant. We are adamant about maintaining a high-quality community, therefore all applicants must meet the professional, reputational, and ambiance standards of SOV.

Once your pre-application has been submitted it will be reviewed by the SOV council. If approved you will be permitted to attend our public events. You must attend two event after preapprocal acceptance in order to receive your formal membership application. 

 

will be permitted to purchase tickets to events hosted by SOV. If an Evodin wishes to become a full member of SOV they will have the opportunity to purchase an annual membership. Granting them the title of Vithadian:

A full SOV Member.

The baseline annual membership fee is $4200 per year. SOV does offer tiered membership fees for those who wish to have more elaborate, customized, and exclusive experiences.

This application is our first impression of who you are. We will gauge whether we feel you are fit to move through to the interview stage, based on the manner in which you approach the application questions. We do not allow resubmissions, we suggest taking this opportunity seriously.

Please submit photos that are clear and recent must be visible. Explicit photos are not required. No filters, please. Photos will not be shared with anyone outside the SOV board.

The privacy and safety of SOV and our guests are our top priority and confidentiality is required of all Members, Guests, Performers, Employees, and Officers.
 

To participate in any SOV Event, you understand and agree to the following:

  • You will not disclose identifying information of any SOV Member, Guest, Participant, Performer, Employee, or Officer to the media or unapproved party;

  • You will not use or attempt to use photography or video recording at SOV Events

  • You will treat everyone with respect

  • You will be sure to have explicit & enthusiastic consent before you touch

  • You will immediately notify SOV Security or Staff if at any time you are aware or have reasonable cause to suspect that anyone's safety or ability to consent is at risk

  • You acknowledge that any violation of this agreement will result in immediate removal from the Event, without refund, and a permanent ban from all future Events.

  • There are no refunds.

  • If rejection occurs you agree to not slander SOV. 

  • All parties mentioned or depicted in the photo submission are aware of and consent to being a part of your application process.
