SOV Policies

CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CONTACT. Do NOT touch people or people’s belongings without asking FIRST! Do not interrupt anyone else’s play to ask. If the property is inhibiting your own play or posing a threat to the health and safety of others, seek an officer (gold name tags and/or radios). If your scene might contain elements that could appear to a naïve outsider as coercion or non-consent, advise an Officer (Gold name tags and/or radios) prior to scene/scene set-up. If you become concerned about the consensual nature of anybody else’s scene, do not intervene yourself but rather seek an Officer.

You will not engage in any non-consensual play and/or acts. Meaning you WILL receive enthusiastic consent prior to engagement in the act.

No entry for anyone under the age of 21. Everyone must have a valid State or Federal ID to present at the door.

You acknowledge that the event safe word is RED. If RED is stated during ANY interaction, the interaction ceases IMMEDIATELY. If it does not, please seek out an Officer.

You will likely encounter transgender or otherwise gender non-conforming attendees. Respect the gender identity of others. If you require further guidance, inquire at the front desk.

You understand you might be exposed to the use of any and all body parts in various sexual methods.

You understand that you might be exposed to a wide array of kinky and alternative sexual acts.

You understand that this is a BDSM/KINK/FETISH event, and you will be exposed to activities including, but not limited to, rough body play, fire play, sadistic & masochistic consensual exchanges, pet play, bodily fluid exchange, blood and impact play of various styles, and alarming noises. Sentients Of V’earthe Private Members Club will NOT permit any scat, urine, rainbow, or gunplay. For further clarification, please inquire with a Dungeon Monitor or any leader with SOV.

Primal/rough body play, blood-related play including sharps/needles/scarification, fire play, long-ranged impact, and partial or full rope suspension will only be performed in their designated areas. You will not engage in any form of play in the aftercare or social areas of the manor. The remainder of the manor allows for play in all portions. Any questions about the type of play and where it may be performed should be directed to a Dungeon Monitor (gold name tags or armbands).

No play is allowed on the white couches. No shoes, colored liquids or food allowed on white couches

Tarps/Towels/bed Pads/Barriers must be present if there will be any bodily fluids, including, but not limited to: blood, saliva, vaginal juices, or semen. This will be provided to you.

Toy bags are to be stored in the toy bag area unless in use for a scene.

Absolutely NO PHONES, NO CAMERAS, NO PICTURES. You will not take them out inside the manor, including the manor bathrooms. If you are seen with your phone out, any staff member might confiscate it. You risk being ejected from the event without a refund if you violate this rule. Please use the lobby or outside the manor for phone communication.

NO ALCOHOL or illegal substances are permitted on the premises. You risk being ejected from the manor without a refund if you violate this rule.

No firearms, including replicas, airsoft/nerf, or fake items resembling guns.

Extensive scenes should be cleared with an Officer before their start.

All guests must keep under garments on the bottom half of their bodies at all times unless in private member areas where full nudity is permitted.

You will have all the necessary safety equipment and protection in place for your scenes or you might be asked to stop the scene until you have all equipment in place.

Sexual activity is prohibited unless in private member areas.

NO Smoking is allowed on the premises.

Any incidents, including but not limited to, damage, injury, arguments, violations, etc, must be reported to a DM or Leader immediately.

SOV is not liable for any incidents, including but not limited to injury, arguments, violations, etc.

You understand you must be an approved applicant to access any and all private member areas.

You agree to treat all SOV security, guests, and staff respectfully.

If you feel uncomfortable with something that you are seeing and/or hearing, you will remove yourself from the area and/or seek out an Officer (gold name tags and/or radios) or any of the known leaders for SOV to inquire. You may also use the front lounge as a quiet space for brief periods of time as well as our aftercare area. Any or all of the above-listed behavior may occur in the context of sadomasochistic behavior (the giving and/or receiving of pain for erotic purposes).

We reserve the right to remove anyone who is breaking any of these rules, creating an unsafe environment, or is not abiding by a SOV standard without a refund.
