Our Vetting Process & Event Admittance Policies 

Understanding the Sentients of V'earthe Vetting Process.

 

At Sentients of Vearthe, our commitment to safety, exclusivity, and the highest standards of experience is paramount. To ensure this, we have implemented a thorough vetting process for all potential members and event attendees.

 

Step One: The Pre-Application

The first step in our vetting process is filling out the pre-application form, which serves as your initial expression of interest. This form is our first impression of you, so we recommend that applicants approach it with care and thoughtfulness. Please note that submitting this form does not grant membership to Sentients of Vearthe. Instead, it allows you to attend our public events, which are a blend of current members and potential members. You can expect to hear back on your pre-application status within 3-5 business days.

Event Participation

All events hosted by Sentients of Vearthe require Pre-application approval. The only exception to this rule is our public munches, which are open to all. If your pre-application is approved, you will be eligible to attend our public events. We require that you attend at least two events before you can proceed to the next step in our vetting process.

 

The Membership Application

After attending two events, you will be invited to complete the Membership Application, a key component in determining your eligibility to become a fully admitted member of our society. The Membership Application delves deeper into your interests, experiences, and values, as well as your understanding of our ethos and expectations. You can expect to receive a decision on your Membership Application within 5-7 business days. Achieving membership grants you access to our exclusive members-only events and, depending on your chosen membership tier, unlocks a range of benefits. These benefits include custom-curated private parties, international sensual retreats with other active members, exclusive member-only classes, and much more.
